This Agreement shall take effect upon the date of signing, as indicated below, and shall not be revoked by a party except upon five (5) days prior written notice to the other party, and in any event, notwithstanding such revocation, the terms hereof shall continue to be effective as against all transactions entered into by you prior to your receipt of the written notice of revocation from me.
