Common use of EFFECTIVITY Clause in Contracts

EFFECTIVITY. 14.1 The Purchase Orders issued by Accenture do not require manual signatures, and are presumed to have undergone the necessary approval process. The Purchase Order constitutes a valid offer on the part of Accenture, and shall constitute a binding agreement between the Supplier and Accenture upon acceptance by Supplier.
