Common use of Effectivity Clause in Contracts

Effectivity. This Memorandum of Agreement shall take effect immediately upon signing by the parties hereto and shall remain in full force and effect until terminated, revoked, amended and/or the project duration extended by the contracting parties.

Effectivity.
