Effects of Company Merger. The Company Merger shall have the effects prescribed in the Maryland Law including but not limited to, Mutual First, as the Surviving Corporation, thereupon and thereafter possessing all of the rights, privileges, immunities and franchises, of a public as well as of a private nature, of each of the corporations so merged and Mutual First, as the Surviving Corporation, becoming responsible and liable for all the liabilities, obligations and penalties of each of the corporations so merged. All rights of creditors and obligors and all liens on the property of each of Xxxxxx and Mutual First shall be preserved unimpaired.
