Effects of Exchange. In the event that Genocea exchanges a Time-Limited Exclusive Field or Non-Exclusive Field as set out above, all licenses granted to Genocea under this Agreement with respect to the replaced Time-Limited Exclusive Field or Non-Exclusive Field, as the case may be, shall terminate.
