Effects upon Termination on City Clause Samples

The 'Effects upon Termination on City' clause defines the rights, obligations, and consequences for the City when a contract is terminated. Typically, this clause outlines what the City must do or refrain from doing after termination, such as returning property, ceasing use of confidential information, or settling outstanding payments. It may also specify which provisions of the contract survive termination and how ongoing responsibilities are handled. The core function of this clause is to ensure a clear and orderly process for winding down the City's involvement, minimizing disputes and clarifying post-termination expectations.
