Common use of Effectuating Documents and Further Transactions Clause in Contracts

Effectuating Documents and Further Transactions. Each of the officers of the Reorganized Debtors is authorized, in accordance with his or her authority under the resolutions of the applicable member(s), board of directors or managers, to execute, deliver, file, or record such contracts, instruments, releases, indentures, and other agreements or documents and take such actions as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate and further evidence the terms and conditions of the Plan.
