Common use of Effectuating the Settlement Clause in Contracts

Effectuating the Settlement. Class Plaintiffs and Xxxxx Farms shall cooperate in good faith and use their best efforts to effectuate this Settlement Agreement, including cooperating in seeking the Court’s approval of the Settlement Agreement without modification of any of its material terms and conditions, providing appropriate Settlement Class Notice under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 23, and seeking the complete and final dismissal with prejudice of the Action as to Xxxxx Farms.
