Common use of Effectuation of Subordination by Trustee Clause in Contracts

Effectuation of Subordination by Trustee. Each Holder of Securities, by his acceptance thereof, authorizes and directs the Trustee in his, her or its behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the subordination provided in this Article and appoints the Trustee his, her or its attorney-in-fact, as the case may be, for any and all such purposes.

Effectuation of Subordination by Trustee. Each Holder of Securities, by his acceptance thereof, authorizes and directs the Trustee in his, her or its on his behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the subordination provided in this Article and appoints the Trustee his, her or its his attorney-in-fact, as the case may be, fact for any and all such purposes.

Effectuation of Subordination by Trustee. Each Holder of SecuritiesInvestment Notes, by his acceptance thereof, authorizes and directs the Trustee in his, her or its on his behalf to take such action at the request of the Company as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the subordination provided in this Article and appoints the Trustee his, her or its his attorney-in-fact, as the case may be, fact for any and all such purposes.

Effectuation of Subordination by Trustee. Each Holder of Subordinated Securities, by his his, her or its acceptance thereof, authorizes and directs the Trustee in his, her or its behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the subordination provided in this Article and appoints the Trustee his, her or its attorney-in-fact, as the case may be, for any and all such purposes.
