Common use of Effectuation of Transfers Clause in Contracts

Effectuation of Transfers. On each Business Day, the QI shall cause the bank maintaining each Exchange Account to cause the amounts, if any, set forth in the instructions described in Section 4.03(b) hereof, reduced, if necessary, as described in Section 4.03(c) hereof, to be transferred from the applicable Exchange Account to the applicable Joint Disbursement Account.
