Efficacy Variables. Change from baseline in eGFR will be used to determine the primary, secondary, and exploratory efficacy endpoints. Baseline ACR and eGFR values will be calculated using averages of measurements collected up through Day 1, prior to first dose of study drug. The SAP will provide details of these calculations.
Efficacy Variables. The primary efficacy variable is the change from baseline in 6MWD. The secondary efficacy variable is the time-to-first clinical improvement event.
