Efforts to Consummate. Subject to the terms and conditions herein provided, the parties hereto shall use their reasonable best efforts to do or cause to be done all such acts and things as may be necessary, proper or advisable, consistent with all applicable laws and regulations, to consummate and make effective the transactions contemplated hereby and to satisfy or cause to be satisfied all conditions precedent that are set forth in Article 6 as soon as reasonably practicable.
