Efforts to Overcome Sample Clauses

Efforts to Overcome. The Party which is subject to such Intervening Event shall exert all reasonable efforts to overcome it.
Efforts to Overcome. If a Party is claiming an excusable delay or failure under Section 15.1, it shall use its Reasonable Efforts to alleviate or overcome the cause of the delay or failure as soon as practicable.
Efforts to Overcome. An Affected Party who has given notice of a Force Majeure Event under clause 10.1 must: (a) use its reasonable endeavours to remove, overcome or minimise the effects of that Force Majeure Event as quickly as reasonably possible; and (b) keep the other party regularly informed as to the steps or actions being taken to achieve this. However, nothing in this clause 10 requires a party to settle any industrial dispute against its will.
