EFM Service Commitment. At Shippers’ expense, Shippers shall install, maintain, calibrate, own and operate electronic flow measurement (“EFM”) on all new well connects. LMM shall have the right to specify the type of EFM installed provided that the EFM specified is in general use in the industry.
