EIGHTH AMENDMENTS, WAIVERS, CONSENTS AND OTHER MODIFICATIONS. All references to Clauses, Paragraphs, Schedules and definitions contained in this Schedule 11 are to Clauses, Paragraphs, Schedules and definitions of the Credit Agreement. All capitalised terms used in this Schedule but not defined shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Credit Agreement. In this Schedule, references to “recent Liberty precedent” shall be construed to mean any Liberty Global Reference Agreement.
