Elected Commitment Amount Increase. (a) Pursuant to Section 2.07A(b) of the Credit Agreement, effective as of the date hereof in accordance with Section 1.04 hereof, the Exercising Lender’s Elected Commitment Amount is hereby increased from $[—] to $[—].
