Election by Fewer Than Sample Clauses
The 'Election by Fewer Than' clause allows a specified action or decision to be made by less than the total number of parties or members typically required. For example, in a board or committee setting, this clause might permit a subset of members to make certain decisions if the full group cannot be assembled or if the governing rules allow for such flexibility. Its core practical function is to ensure that necessary actions can proceed without delay, even when full participation is not possible, thereby preventing deadlock and maintaining operational efficiency.
