ELECTION OF NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS. Concurrently with the recordation of this Declaration, the Members shall elect a new Board of Directors of the Association consisting of three (3) directors who shall hold office until the next annual meeting of Members pursuant to Section 14.7.
