Common use of Election of Nominees Clause in Contracts

Election of Nominees. On the date hereof, and at each annual meeting of stockholders of the Company or any special meeting called for the purpose of electing Directors of the Company (or by consent of stockholders in lieu of any such meeting) or at such other time or times as the Securityholders may agree, the Securityholders shall vote all of their respective Shares entitled to vote in favor of the election of all of the Persons so nominated in accordance with Section 2.1(a) and Section 2.1(b) and no other Person.
