Election of Remedies for State. Run Referral Registry Any request for a fair hearing to contest the removal from the referral registry by or on behalf of the individual provider or prospective individual provider as provided under RCW 74.39A.250(2), shall be considered a waiver by the affected individual provider or prospective individual provider of their right to file a grievance to contest the removal from the referral registry.
