Election or Appointment Sample Clauses

The 'Election or Appointment' clause defines the process by which individuals are selected to hold specific positions or offices within an organization or under a contract. Typically, this clause outlines whether a role is filled through a formal voting process (election) or by designation from an authorized party (appointment), and may specify eligibility criteria, terms of service, and procedures for filling vacancies. By clearly establishing the method and authority for selecting key personnel, this clause ensures transparency and consistency in organizational governance or contractual relationships.
