Election to File Consolidated, Combined or Unitary Tax Returns. Subject to Donnelley Financial’s reasonable approvals, as appropriate, RRD shall elect to file any Tax Return on a consolidated, combined or unitary basis, if such Tax Return would include at least one member of each such Group and the filing of such Tax Return is elective under the relevant Tax Law.
