Common use of Election to Perform Obligations Clause in Contracts

Election to Perform Obligations. Any election by the Guarantor to pay or otherwise perform any of the obligations of the Borrower under the Notes or under any of the other Facility Documents, whether pursuant to this Article 8 or otherwise, shall not release the Borrower or the Guarantor from such obligations or any of its other obligations under the Notes or under any of the other Facility Documents.
