Election To Redeem; Notices to Trustee. The election of the Corporation to redeem any Securities shall be evidenced by or pursuant to a Board Resolution. In case of any redemption at the election of the Corporation of less than all of the Securities of any particular series, the Corporation shall, at least 45 days prior to the date fixed for redemption (unless a shorter notice shall be satisfactory to the Trustee) notify the Trustee of such date and of the principal amount of Securities of that series to be redeemed.
