Election To Redeem; Notices to Trustee. If the Issuers elect to redeem Securities pursuant to Paragraph 7 or 8 of the Securities, they shall notify the Trustee and the Paying Agent in writing of the Redemption Date and the principal amount at maturity of Securities to be redeemed. The Issuers shall give each notice provided for in this Section 3.1 at least 30 days before the Redemption Date (unless a shorter notice shall be agreed to by the Trustee in writing), together with an Officers' Certificate of each of the Issuers stating that such redemption will comply with the conditions contained herein and in the Securities.
