Common use of Elections by Partners Clause in Contracts

Elections by Partners. If any Partner makes any tax election that requires the Partnership to furnish information to such Partner to enable such Partner to compute its own tax liability, or requires the Partnership to file any tax return or report with any tax authority, in either case that would not be required in the absence of such election made by such Partner, the General Partner may, as a condition to furnishing such information or filing of such return or report, require such Partner to pay to the Partnership any incremental expenses incurred in connection therewith.
