Elections to Increase. Each Lender and, as applicable, each Eligible Assignee, shall notify the Administrative Agent within such time period whether or not it agrees to participate in such increase and, if so, by the amount thereof. Any Lender or Eligible Assignee not responding within such time period shall be deemed to have declined to participate in such requested increase.
