Elections to Increase. Each Person to whom a request for an increase is made pursuant to clause (a), above, shall notify the Agent within such time period whether or not it agrees to furnish, or as to then existing Lenders increase, its Commitment and, if so, the amount of its Commitment it is willing to furnish or increase. Any Person not responding within such time period shall be deemed to have declined to furnish, or as to then existing Lenders, increase, its Commitment.
