Elective, Per Se Professional Clients and Eligible Counterparties. 12.2.1 This clause applies only if you have been classified by us as a Per Se Professional Client or Eligible Counterparty following the completion by you of the Personal Trading Account Application Form. Please note that Elective Professional Clients are captured by the Client Money Rules in the same way as Retail Clients, subject to status and ‘opting up’ requirements.
