ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION. The electrical installation for the premises and any equipment used therein shall be maintained in a safe working condition, as prescribed by the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989, and the current edition of the Regulations for electrical installations issued by the Institute of Electrical Engineers.
