Electricity for Additional Premises. Commencing on the First Floor Additional Premises Term Commencement Date with respect to the First Floor Additional Premises, and commencing on the Fourth Floor Additional Premises Term Commencement Date with respect to the Fourth Floor Additional Premises, Tenant shall pay for all electricity supplied to the First Floor Additional Premises and Fourth Floor Additional Premises, respectively, together with any fees, surcharges and taxes thereon.
