ELECTRICITY LINES Sample Clauses
The ELECTRICITY LINES clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to the installation, maintenance, and use of electrical transmission or distribution lines on a property. ELECTRICITY LINES. The parties acknowledge that it will be necessary to upgrade and to construct and maintain new electricity lines and/or underground cables to enable the Company to establish, extend and operate the Scheme. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will not unreasonably withhold consent to such electricity lines and, where necessary, will grant the persons nominated by the Company reasonable access to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ land for the purpose of building and operating such electricity line and any necessary easements. The Company will install such lines and cables to work in with the farming operation of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and to create minimal interference for those operations.

The Shareholder will not unreasonably withhold consent to such electricity cables and lines and, where necessary, will grant the persons nominated by the Company reasonable access to the Shareholder's land for the purpose of building and operating such electricity cables and lines and creating any necessary easements. The Company will install such lines and cables to work in with the farming operation of the Shareholder and to create minimal interference for those operations and the Shareholder shall grant any required easements as set out in clause 18.

The Company will install such lines and cables to work in with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ farming operation and to create minimal interference for those operations.
