Electronic Access ELECTRONIC ACCESS SERVICES AGREEMENT. This Electronic Access Services Agreement (“EASA”) between The Bank of New York Mellon (“BNYM”) and Capital Research and Management Company (“Client”) made this 28th day of September, 2012, sets forth terms and conditions by which BNYM will provide the Electronic Delivery Mechanism, as defined below, to Client and its Affiliates. Client agrees that it shall be liable for any violations of this EASA by its Affiliates.
