Common use of Electronic Bulletin Board Clause in Contracts

Electronic Bulletin Board. PRI shall provide an electronic means (electronic bulletin board service, or other like service) for the purpose of receiving EFT Data from CLIENT, posting return items, correction notices and account statements for CLIENT. CLIENT understands and agrees that it is CLIENT’S responsibility to pickup, by electronic means, the statements and return notifications from the electronic bulletin board service.
