Common use of Electronic Check Processing Agreement Clause in Contracts

Electronic Check Processing Agreement. Each Merchant represents, warrants, and covenants that it will not, without DC26’s prior written consent, change its Processor, add terminals, change its financial institution or bank account, or take any other action that could have any adverse effect upon any Merchant’s obligations under this Agreement.
