PHARMACY shall be able to transmit Claims by real time, point-of-sale claims adjudication system and receive communications from SOUTHERN SCRIPTS via such real time point-of-sale claims adjudication system in the current National Council of Prescription Drugs Program (NCPDP) standard required format under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
