Electronic Commerce Program. The State of Ohio is an active participant in the E-Commerce to include Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). This program will benefit both the State and the Designee by reducing time delays in receiving invoices and making payments that are associated with the existing manual processes. The Designee is encouraged to move toward compliance with electronic commerce technologies, as this will be the preferred method of doing business with the State of Ohio.
