Common use of Electronic Copies Clause in Contracts

Electronic Copies. NSF will provide the SHPO, the ACHP, the USFS, and each of the other Consulting Parties with one legible, full-color, electronic copy of the fully executed PA and its Attachments no more than 30 calendar days after execution. If the electronic copy is too large to send via email, NSF will provide each Consulting Party with a copy of the executed PA via a CD or in any reasonable medium available.
