Common use of Electronic Copies Clause in Contracts

The Engineer shall furnish the State with a CD or DVD of the final plans in the format of current CADD system used by the State, .pdf format, and in the State’s File Management System (FMS) format. The Engineer shall also provide separate CD or DVD containing cross section information (in dgn, XLR, & ASCII formats) for the State contractor to use. The Engineer shall provide an electronic copy of Primavera file or the latest scheduling program used by the State for construction time estimate.
