Common use of ELECTRONIC COPY; COUNTERPARTS Clause in Contracts

ELECTRONIC COPY; COUNTERPARTS. 30.1 The parties to this document agree that a copy of the original signature to this Agreement (including an electronic copy) may be used for any and all purposes for which the original signature may have been used. The parties further waive any right to challenge the admissibility or authenticity of this document in a court of law based solely on the absence of an original signature. 30.2 This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, including by facsimile or electronic exchange of signed copies in PDF format, each of which shall be deemed an original document, and all of which, together with this writing, shall be deemed one instrument.
