Common use of Electronic Counterparts Acceptable Clause in Contracts

The Seller, the Buyers, Price and the Escrow Agent hereby agree that an electronically transmitted copy of a manually signed counterpart of this Agreement or any Joint Written Direction shall for all purposes be equivalent to the manually signed counterpart so electronically transmitted.
