Common use of Electronic Counterparts Clause in Contracts

Electronic Counterparts. Any form or report contemplated by this Agreement may be furnished to the Custodian electronically and may be formatted in a manner convenient for electronic transmission so long as the required information is provided in an equally useable form to the format, if any, provided in this Agreement. It being understood and agreed that the Custodian shall not be responsible to verify the identity of the sender of any electronic transmissions received by it.
