ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES. If either the Landlord or the Tenant’s e-mail is written in this Agreement, any notice sent by such electronic communication to said Party’s e-mail shall satisfy the notice requirement as part of the tenancy relationship and this Agreement.
