ELECTRONIC GRAPHICS. This task provides for the use of an Electronic Graphics Specialist to create professional quality maps and drawings to be incorporated into the hard copy report and electronic deliverable, as required by each task order. The native program used to generate these products shall be compatible with Government systems, and products shall be submitted in a manner that enables the Government to reproduce and manipulate the contents. Electronic graphic products shall be in a format that allows for integration into an existing GIS without further modification.

ELECTRONIC GRAPHICS. Maps, graphics, and drawings shall be of professional quality and incorporated into the hard copy report and electronic deliverable, as required by each task order. The program used to generate these products shall be compatible with Government systems, and products shall be submitted in a manner that enables the Government to reproduce and manipulate the contents. Photographs must be of good quality (minimum resolution of 300 dots per inch (dpi) to be used for identification of species. If the Contractor is not able to obtain good quality photographs of the species in the field during surveys, photographs of that species may be obtained from other sources. In that case, the Contractor must allow the Government to make hard and/or electronic copies of the photographs for non- commercial use in future. Latitude/longitude coordinates and maps of all surveyed locations shall be included in the Draft and Final reports.

  • Electronic Notices If you have agreed to receive notices electronically, we may send you notices electronically and discontinue mailing paper notices to you until you notify us that you wish to reinstate receiving paper notices.

  • Electronic Delivery The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to the Award or other awards granted to the Participant under the Plan by electronic means. The Participant hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and agrees to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a third party designated by the Company.

  • ELECTRONIC SUBMITTALS 3.1. Submittal Exchange® (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) shall be used to provide an on-line database and repository, which shall be used to transmit and track project-related documents. The intent for using this service is to expedite the construction process by reducing paperwork, improving information flow, and decreasing submittal review turnaround time.

  • Electronic Records You acknowledge and agree that we may in our discretion store all records electronically; and that we will not retain and have no obligation to retain any original documents for any period of time. This applies to all documentation including but not limited to checks, transaction records, notes, mortgages, deeds of trust and other loan and/or security documentation. We will routinely destroy all original documentation. We may store records electronically via imaging, scanning, filming or other technology used in the financial services industry for the storage of documentation via internal processes or third-party processors that we approve for these services. You agree that such storage shall be secure, and further agree that such records shall for all purposes be recognized and admissible in evidence or otherwise to prove the agreements, rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to any such records.
