Electronic Mail Communications Sample Clauses
The Electronic Mail Communications clause establishes the rules and expectations for using email as a formal means of communication between parties to an agreement. Typically, it specifies that notices, requests, or other official correspondence sent via email are considered valid and effective, often requiring that emails be sent to designated addresses and sometimes stipulating confirmation of receipt. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear, efficient, and documented method for exchanging important information, reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over whether communications were properly delivered or received.
