Electronic messages. For the purposes of each Relevant Document, the conditions relating to sending and receiving information in electronic form are those in the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017 (and any other applicable law from time to time). Where you or a Guarantor has given us an electronic message address, that person consents (unless otherwise requested in writing) to receiving information (including, but not limited to, information required by law) in electronic form, by means of an electronic communication, and signed by means of an electronic signature. This may include receiving electronic messages allowing access to statements from a website or by means of the internet.
Electronic messages. You acknowledge that data, including emails, may be accessed by unauthorized third parties when communicated between you and the Bank, using the Internet (for example, by such third party downloading spyware or malware onto your computer), telephone, or other electronic devices. We are not responsible for any misdirected data or disclosures that occur as a result of your use of third-party electronic communication channels.
Electronic messages. Owing to the fact that email messages through Internet may be insecure, therefore the user agrees to contact the bank electronically only through the message center using "Help" feature. He/she also agrees to receive communications relating to his/her account electronically and shall not dismiss any messages sent to him/her when these messages become available. A hard copy of these communications may be obtained using "Print" function in the system.
Electronic messages. If any feature of any Service allows you to send, publish or dispatch any Electronic Message, you must not, and must ensure that your Personnel do not, use that feature or the relevant Service:
(a) to impersonate any other person or brand;
(b) in any way that is likely to suggest or represent that we have created or endorse in any way any content that you transmit or communicate using the Service; or
(c) to send any Marketing Message to any person unless:
(i) the recipient has first consented to receiving the Marketing Message; and
(ii) the recipient is provided with a means to opt-out of receiving such a Marketing Message; and
(iii) the Marketing Message includes a clear identification within the Marketing Message of the source or originating entity of the Marketing Message to enable the recipient to determine who sent the Marketing Message.
Electronic messages. The Customer agrees that TRT may provide all general communications, including the provision of invoices and statements, to the Customer’s nominated email address, and a physical copy is not required to be posted. In addition the Customer consents to TRT providing electronic marketing messages to the Customer, unless the Customer opts out by notifying TRT in writing or unsubscribing.
Electronic messages. 9.1 The Buyer agrees that the Seller may send electronic messages relating to its business, including promotional messages in respect of goods and services offered by the Seller, to the Buyer from time to time to the email addresses provided by the Buyer. If the Buyer no longer wishes to receive such messages it may notify the Seller in which event no promotional messages will be sent by the Seller by electronic means to the Buyer.
Electronic messages. 9.1 E-mail and electronic transmission of confidential or privileged documents or advice is a convenient method of delivery. However, internet mail is not secure and any communications or documents transmitted may be interfered with, contain computer viruses or other defects and may not be successfully replicated on other systems. We will not be liable for any copying, recording, reading or interference by others during or after a transmission, for any delay or non-delivery or for any damage caused in connection with a transmission.
9.2 We are committed to full compliance with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007. By subscribing to emails and/or text communications, or otherwise providing your email address and/or mobile number, you consent to receiving emails and/or texts (as the case may be) which promote and market our products and services, or the products and services of others, from time to time. We will ensure we include accurate sender information and a functional unsubscribe facility.
9.3 If you have any doubts about the authenticity of any communications or documents purportedly sent by us, please contact us immediately.
Electronic messages. By applying for Event Certification for the Named Event, you give your consent for Cycling New Zealand to contact you by way of electronic messages in relation to your application and/or Named Event, as well as for marketing and promotional purposes. You can unsubscribe from these messages by using the “Unsubscribe” function on the message or by replying to the email with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.
Electronic messages. Client may authorise Global Prime to send Client or Client's adviser unencrypted statements (including Margin statements) and other notices or notifications by electronic means. If Client authorises Global Prime to do so, Client accepts all the risks of Global Prime sending the statements, notices or notifications by electronic means, including, without limitation, any risks arising from the corruption, alteration, interception or disclosure of data and the risk of delayed or incomplete receipt.
Electronic messages. The Customer may authorise UBS to send the Customer or the Customer's adviser unencrypted statements (including Margin statements) and other notices or notifications by electronic means. If the Customer authorises UBS to do so, the Customer accepts all the risks of UBS sending the statements, notices or notifications by electronic means, including, without limitation, any risks arising from the corruption, alteration, interception or disclosure of data and the risk of delayed or incomplete receipt.
