Electronic Notice. The Parties may, with regard to certain routine communications relating to program activities, agree to accept electronic delivery, by fax or email, provided that such receipt of such delivery is confirmed to the sending Party by the receiving Party. The effective date of any communication sent electronically shall be the date transmission is completed.
