Facsimile or .pdf Signature This Agreement may be executed by facsimile or .pdf signature and a facsimile or .pdf signature shall constitute an original for all purposes.
Facsimile and Email Signatures The use of facsimile signatures and signatures delivered by email in portable document format (.pdf) affixed in the name and on behalf of the transfer agent and registrar of the Partnership on certificates representing Common Units is expressly permitted by this Agreement.
Electronic Signature The parties understand and agree that they have the right to execute this Agreement through paper or through electronic signature technology, which is in compliance with Massachusetts and Federal law governing electronic signatures. The parties agree that to the extent they sign electronically, their electronic signature is the legally binding equivalent to their handwritten signature. Whenever they execute an electronic signature, it has the same validity and meaning as their handwritten signature. They will not, at any time in the future, repudiate the meaning of my electronic signature or claim that their electronic signature is not legally binding. They agree not to object to the admissibility of this Agreement as an electronic record, or a paper copy of an electronic document, or a paper copy of a document bearing an electronic signature, on the grounds that it is an electronic record or electronic signature or that it is not in its original form or is not an original. Each party will immediately request that their electronic signature be revoked in writing if they discover or suspect that it has been or is in danger of being lost, disclosed, compromised or subjected to unauthorized use in any way. They understand that they may also request revocation at any time of their electronic signature for any other reason in writing. If either party would like a paper copy of this Agreement, they may request a copy from the other party.
Facsimile and Electronic Signatures The use of facsimile or other electronic signatures affixed in the name and on behalf of the Transfer Agent, if any, on certificates or other documents (if uncertificated) representing Shares is expressly permitted by this Agreement.
Counterparts; Electronic Signature This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which will be deemed to be an original but all of which will constitute one and the same agreement. This Agreement may be executed by facsimile or electronic signature in portable document format (.pdf) and a facsimile or electronic signature in portable document format (.pdf) will constitute an original for all purposes.
Counterparts; Facsimile/Electronic Signatures This Warrant may be executed in counterparts, all of which together shall constitute one and the same agreement. Any signature page delivered electronically or by facsimile shall be binding to the same extent as an original signature page with regards to any agreement subject to the terms hereof or any amendment thereto.

A facsimile or portable document format (PDF) signature on this Amendment shall be equivalent to, and have the same force and effect as, an original signature.
Counterpart Signatures This Agreement may be executed in several counterparts, including via facsimile, each of which shall be deemed an original for all purposes, including judicial proof of the terms hereof, and all of which together shall constitute and be deemed one and the same agreement.
Electronic and Digital Signatures The parties to this Agreement agree that any electronic and/or digital signatures of the parties included in this Agreement are intended to authenticate this writing and to have the same force and effect as the use of manual signatures.
Consent to Electronic Delivery; Electronic Signature In lieu of receiving documents in paper format, the Participant agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to accept electronic delivery of any documents that the Company may be required to deliver (including, but not limited to, prospectuses, prospectus supplements, grant or award notifications and agreements, account statements, annual and quarterly reports and all other forms of communications) in connection with this and any other Award made or offered by the Company. Electronic delivery may be via a Company electronic mail system or by reference to a location on a Company intranet to which the Participant has access. The Participant hereby consents to any and all procedures the Company has established or may establish for an electronic signature system for delivery and acceptance of any such documents that the Company may be required to deliver, and agrees that his or her electronic signature is the same as, and shall have the same force and effect as, his or her manual signature.
