Electronic Program Guide. 10.1 You acknowledge and agree that all content listed in the Electronic Program Guide is the property of us, fetchtv or our other Third Party Suppliers. You agree that you will not sue the Electronic Program Guide, or any part of it, for any purpose other than private and domestic purposes and you will not sublicence, sell, lease, lend, upload, download, communicate or distribute it (or any part of it) to any person.

(EPG) - This client software will operate in both a Windows 95 and set top environment, and will link to the client MEPG-l/MEPG-2 decoder and client conditional access module. This software will provide the residential user interface to all broadcast content on the broadband multicast IP network
Electronic Program Guide. The Services shall be listed on the electronic program guide (“EPG”) and on applicable web pages in a manner similar to and no less prominently than other similar Adult oriented television programming subscription and/or pay per view services transmitted by TESC via the Transmission System. At such time as is technically feasible and commercially reasonable (as determined by TESC), TESC agrees to map Playboy TV adjacent to other premium programming services such as HBO and Showtime. TESC will explore the feasibility of obtaining preferential listings of the Services among Adult services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, TESC reserves the right to (i) enable Subscribers and/or customer service representatives to remove any of the Services from the Subscribers’ EPGs, and (ii) alter, substitute, delete or otherwise modify the display of individual program titles on the EPG, as TESC determines in its sole reasonable discretion.

If Operator maintains in a System an electronic programming guide over which Operator has editorial control and which is primarily intended to be viewed on television sets, the program schedule for the Signal shall be included in such guide * . Logos of Broadcaster may be used by Operator for promotional or informational purposes, subject to Broadcaster’s prior approval. Notwithstanding the above, use of such logos in routine promotional materials such as program guides and listings shall be deemed approved, provided use of the logos in such guides and listings is consistent with any written guidelines provided to Operator by Broadcaster concerning same or Broadcaster specifically notifies Operator to the contrary. Upon Broadcaster’s written request, Operator shall send any printed guide to Broadcaster.
