ELECTRONIC PUBLICATIONS. You are granted to embed the fonts in Por- table Document Format (.pdf), EPUB (.epub), iBook (.ibooks), Kindle (.azw, kf8) documents. Only the OTF files (.otf) delivered with your order can be used in your electronic document(s). Raphaël Verona | Altiplano shall under no circumstances be liable to the end-user for any consequential, incidental or special damages, including any lost business profits or for any claim by any third party. By purchasing a student license during your academic path, Altiplano grants you a lifetime license: you can use the fonts during and after your studies throughout your lifetime.

ELECTRONIC PUBLICATIONS. The Department shall ensure that all of its publications are available in accessible and savable formats that blind and visually impaired borrowers can navigate and review across a spectrum of appropriate electronic devices, and must be in compliance with Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 standards, as soon as practicable but no later than 24 months after the effective date of this Agreement. The preceding sentence of this section shall be interpreted consistently with the last sentence of Section 4(a) of this agreement.
